2002 Ford Explorer XLS. This truck has 214000 miles. None of those miles were abusive. This truck has always been a reliable second vehicle for us. And it has always been maintained throughout the years. The interior is good. The seats have no rips or tears in them, but do show some staining from this and that throughout it's life. Carpets are about the same. Dash has no cracks, and the console looks pretty good. No nasty smells. The A/C blows ICE cold, and the heat works great. The 4X4 option has always worked as it should. Starts every time! Problems: I was sitting at a stop sign this past winter and a deer decided to head butt my drivers side door, as you can see in the pictures. The tires can get you through the summer, but will need some attention before the snow falls. The transmission slips every now and then.
