Tacos are really simple to make once you have the stew:Get your meats shred. You can even fry them if you want. I didn't do this step and it was fine, but you would if you prefer your meat extremely crispy and spicy. Get your tortillas warm. They become malleable and mushy as a result. Although we use a tortilla warmer, you can just microwave the tortillas for 30 seconds after wrapping them in wet paper towels. Fill and dunk. You don't need to dip your tortillas all the way in the soup because the fat is close to the surface; just enough to cover them. then place steak, onions, cilantro (optional), and cheese on the top half of the tortilla (optional).
