Intellectual Property Litigation Paralegal The candidate should have 8+ years of IP experience in a large law firm including 5+ years of litigation experience. At least 2 trial, and several hearings (Markman, summary judgment, preliminary injunction ) required. Must have knowledge of district court procedures and ITC procedures A Bachelor's degree required. Travel and overtime may be required.
